Pisco Sour, a flavour from ChileIngredients: 70 cc. pisco 40°, 30 cc. lemon juice, 2-3 spoons of powder sugar, 4 ice-cubes, 1/2 egg white. Mix in the mixer at moderate speed pisco, lemon juice, sugar ice and the egg.
well, it doesnt say what to do with it afterwards, surely you're not gonna leave it in the bowl :). Since this is a liquor, you should serve it as appropriate for liquors....I guess.
