Geiranger, Norway

After such a long time, finally a card from Norway!! I really dont know why such a lack of Norwegian cards in my collection...Norway aint a hard country to get.....if I didnt love Norway that much, i probably wouldnt have paid attention, but since Norway is one of my favourite places, it really bothers me to have so very little cards from there.....I really hope that will change...

Geiranger is a small tourist town in the western part of Norway. It lies at the head of the Geirangerfjord which is a branch of the Storfjord. Geiranger is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in the world, and has been named the best travel destination in Scandinavia. Since 2005, the Geirangerfjord has been listed as a UNESCO whs.
It has been said that the Geiranger fjord is one of nature's masterpieces and that the title 'the most beautiful fjord in the world' is no exaggeration.

Well, most beautiful or no....it is the things like this which make Norway as one of my top favourite places in the world.

Thank you Rine for the lovely card!

That person is way braver than I would be. I would be too afraid something would happen and I would fall to my doom.
