Not the kind of surrounding Id like to be trapped in...
I know that some people would keep this as a pet....but personally I cant imagine even touching such a creature...I have already posted about Pantanal, so you can read more about it there, instead of me repeating myself with the same data.
Today ill show you one cartoon about an alligator....one of those cartoons I watched when I was little...and which nowadays just bring nostalgic feelings to me of some better times...
Now THIS is a cute alligator..he he :) The Walli Gator...with the unforgettable Macedonian synchronization....I miss these voices....

Pantanal, Brazil
Another UNESCO site, this time coming from Brazil..
The Pantanal is a tropical wetland in South America mostly within the Brazilian states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul, and also portions of it are situated in Bolivia and Paraguay.
Well, on the card it says Brazil, there is the Brazilian flag as well, so i cant put the labels of Paraguay and Bolivia...though i have the itch to do so, since I have no cards from Paraguay...anyone from Paraguay reading this? :)
anyway...back to Pantanal...It is an area consisting of a variety of floodplain sub-regions, each with distinct hydrological, geological and ecological characteristics and in total it covers 140,000 km² to 190, 000 km² making it the 6th largest wetland in the world.
The name "Pantanal" stems from the Portuguese word pântano which is synonymous with wetland, bog, swamp or marsh. In comparison, the Brazilian uplands are locally referred to as the planalto, plateau or, literally, high plain.
AT first glance, these things on the card looked like those small candles which can often be found in cafe's ...at least around here....i cant say for sure what exactly's on the picture...I have my idea...but in order not to end up being ridiculous, ill keep it to myself....i feel really stupid at the moment, but i would ask for forgiveness...I have had a mental overload these past two days...all week-end long...so my mind is a bit slower than usual...and goes blank rather often :)
