Pulau Redang, Malaysia

Well, here is something else to distract your thoughts from the winter temperatures (even though in practice winter hadnt arrived yet)

This is Pulau Redang in Terengganu, in Malaysia....as the back of the card describes it, it is an underwater paradise with its aquamarine clear water and powdery white sandy beaches.

It is also commonly known just as Redang, and is one of the largest islands off the east coast of Malaysia and a popular holiday island for Malaysians. The waters around Pulau Redang also contain two historic shipwrecks. H.M.S Prince of Wales and H.M.S Repulse were sunk here at the start of World War II, setting the stage for the Japanese occupation of Malaya.

Well, i wouldnt want to be shipwrecked here, but id definitely want to at least once in my life visit a paradise island like this...anyone wanna join me? :)
