Hi Ana,

as there was no info about this card here, I’ve decided to write a little bit about the mountains called Beskidy.

The name “Beskidy” refers to many different areas in Poland. This postcard shows the mountain range called Beskid Żywiecki. The highest peak of Beskid Żywiecki is Babia Góra (1725 m). I haven’t climbed on it yet, because the only mountain shelter in this area has been renovated and I’m waiting for the whole new building to be ready for guests.

Should you ever need any info about the Polish mountains – just contact me. I’m a huge fan of trekking in mountains!

Happy Postcrossing!

Joan
